How do I become a Club Swan Member?

To become a Club Swan member, you need to open an account. The process is very quick and easy. You can register online with your computer or download the app from App or Play Stores. The registration process is divided into three sections:
Personal details: We ask for basic information about you
Membership plans: You can choose between four membership levels: Starter, Premier, VIP and Chairman. To see the full details of each plan, please see our fees and limits page.
Identity Verification: You will be required take a selfie and then scan in a photo of your government ID, such as a Passport or Driving license. Once approved, your accounts are automatically created, and you will get access to all the Club Swan services. A Club Swan debit card will automatically be dispatched on approval.

What identification documents can I use for verification?

As our financial services products and services are regulated, we take many different measures to prevent fraud or illegal activity. Regulations require us to obtain personal verification of your identity in order to onboard you. You will be asked to provide a form of Government issued identification. Types of acceptable documents vary by country, but as general rule we accept:

  • A valid Driver’s License
  • An up to date Passport
  • A valid National ID card
How do I change or update the information registered in my account?

You can update your email address and phone number in the account yourself. If you need to amend other personal details, including your residential address, you will need to contact our Customer Support team who will take you through the process. Can I open multiple Club Swan accounts?

Users are not permitted to hold multiple accounts under one name. Family members or friends can obtain a membership in their own name.
